How much will the flat and plot cost?
Housing colonies will be built in Panchkula, Gurugram, Sonipat and Faridabad under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana by Haryana Government using modern technology. In which all basic facilities will be provided. Besides, modern technology will also be used in housing construction. So that these residences can be made more safe and comfortable. Land will be provided by the government for HSVP plots. Under this scheme, 50,000 plots of one marla each and 50,000 flats up to 450 square feet will be made and given to poor families. According to sources, the price of a plot can be Rs 1 lakh and the price of a flat can be Rs 6 to 8 lakh.
